This Course Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is between Academy of Financial Independence ("AFI" or "Provider"), operated by Kristina LaBrusciano, and the adult purchaser identified at checkout ("Student"). It applies only to the Personal Finance Education Program — Personal Financial Planning offered through aficompany.online.

2. Educational classification
AFI is not a college, university, or institution of higher education. AFI and this program do not participate in Title IV federal student aid programs. The program is a non-degree consumer education program for adults and is not offered as postsecondary degree or credit-bearing education.
Enrollment is not an offer of employment, a business opportunity, an investment opportunity, or a financial advisory relationship. Completion does not qualify or license a student to provide a regulated financial service.
3. Scope of education and support
Program content and Student Support Specialist assistance are for general educational purposes. A specialist may explain course materials, answer educational questions, and review practice assignments. Neither AFI nor a specialist provides individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, credit, accounting, or insurance advice; recommends securities, products, or transactions; manages student money; or acts as a fiduciary or financial adviser.
AFI does not guarantee employment, clients, income, savings, debt reduction, credit improvement, business performance, investment returns, financial independence, or any other result.
4. Access and delivery
AFI sends access credentials to the email address supplied at checkout, typically within 15 minutes after successful payment. The Student receives personal access for three months. The Student must provide an accurate email address and maintain a compatible device, current browser, and internet connection.
If access is not received or a material technical problem prevents use, the Student should contact info@kristinashadrina.com. AFI will use reasonable efforts to restore access, provide an appropriate alternative, or extend access as warranted.
5. Payment and third-party providers
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. A third-party pay-over-time provider, if selected, enters into a separate agreement with the Student and independently determines eligibility, APR, payment amount, repayment schedule, and other terms. AFI does not guarantee approval, make underwriting decisions, or add a surcharge or different program price based on payment method.
The Student must personally complete any financing application on the Student's own device. AFI employees and representatives do not complete or submit applications for Students.
6. Seven-day refund right
The Student may request a full refund for any reason within seven calendar days after purchase by emailing info@kristinashadrina.com. The refund is returned to the original payment method without a refund, cancellation, restocking, or processing fee, and access ends when the refund is processed.
After seven days, the protections for non-delivery, material misdescription, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and non-waivable legal rights stated in the Payment & Refund Policy continue to apply. If a third-party pay-over-time provider funded the purchase, AFI will submit an approved refund through the original transaction, and that provider will apply it to the financing agreement under its terms.
7. Student license and responsibilities
AFI grants the Student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for the Student's own education during the access period. The Student may not share or resell access; reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, or commercially exploit materials; mass-download content; remove rights notices; or circumvent platform security.
The Student agrees to provide accurate purchase and account information, safeguard login credentials, communicate respectfully, submit only content the Student has a right to use, and comply with applicable law and reasonable platform rules.
8. Suspension
AFI may temporarily suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate material account sharing, piracy, security threats, harassment, fraud, or unlawful conduct. When appropriate, AFI will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Suspension does not eliminate any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
9. Incorporated documents
The Terms of Use, Payment & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy posted under the separate AFI-specific links in the footer of aficompany.online are incorporated into this Agreement. The product name, price, duration, access period, delivery terms, and refund summary shown before purchase are also part of the Agreement. In a conflict, the provision more specific to this program and purchase controls, subject to applicable law.
10. Electronic acceptance
The Student accepts this Agreement by affirmatively checking the applicable acceptance box or completing the purchase after being provided links to the Agreement and incorporated policies. Electronic records of acceptance may include the document version, date, timestamp, and transaction or account identifier.
11. Governing law and concerns
This Agreement is governed by California law and applicable U.S. federal law without limiting mandatory consumer protections. The parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt a good-faith resolution of concerns. The Student remains free to contact a bank, payment provider, regulator, or other authority.
